Our flagship. This classic wine based on the Bordeaux cuvée comprises Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc
and Merlot.
The wine is cultivated since 1989 by Weingut Knipser and Weingut Knipser belong to the first
who cultivated these kind of grapes in Germany.
It is matured for 18 to 20 months in primarily new barriques.
Very herbal aromas
from black currant, tobacco, coffe and cedar. With a potential for long stocking.
In the "big years" with excellent conditions this wine is also filled in large 12 liter bottles.
