Rosé
The majority of our rosé wines are made by the saigné technique whereby a certain amount of juice is bled from dark-skinned grapes that have just been crushed. The finished wines are concentrated in flavour and colouring and low in tannin making them easy to enjoy.
Products
Fermented in stainless steel tank from Cabernet and other red grapes. An excellent summer sipping wine. This rosé is fresh and easy-drinking.
This is a classic Rosé appealing through its pronounced aroma.
